We have some exciting news! As of Monday 4th March you will be able to contact our customer helpdesk via Facebook and Twitter.

Not only that but the new portal will host a library of useful resources and articles for Moodle, Mahara and Totara.

In the coming months we’ll be adding new resources, guides, walkthroughs and assets for our customer community. If there is anything specific you would like us to add we would love to hear from you.

Getting in touch with Support

You can continue to contact us in the same way as before but having listened to your feedback we realise we also need to be available through the most up to date channels of communication.

So from next Monday the contact details for Helpdesk Support include:

You can use any of the above to get in touch with your support queries, it’s up to you.

What does this mean for me?

To track and manage your tickets you will need to register a new account on the portal. We will provide you with a step-by-step guide on how to do this on Monday (it’s very quick and easy!) You only need to register an account if you want to login and access the portal, otherwise you are free to contact us (using the details above) as and when required.

Unfortunately we are unable to import your previously submitted tickets into the new platform. We are archiving the current helpdesk platform and will keep a copy of all previous tickets and history. If you need a copy of your tickets please do contact your account manager to discuss this.
